Haowen Huang is a Senior Developer Advocate at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, internet, and cloud computing industries, having held positions at Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and China Telecom. He currently specialises in generative AI, Agentic AI, and next-generation developer experience — with a focus on Python-based implementations. Haowen delivered the keynote at PyConHK 2025 and has presented at AWS re:Invent, AWS Summits across Asia Pacific, and numerous developer community events.
